Why are aryl halides less reactive towards nucleophilic substitution reaction than alkyl halides.( Only for 2 marks )

Due to several reasons;
1) resonance: X is attached to sp2 carbon and due to the resonance the C--X bond gains a double bond character.
2) instability of phenyl cation.
3) arenes being electron rich compoundrepel electron rich nucleophilic group.
4) polarity of C--X bond
