HELLO SAURAV,
you have to be clear with one thing that neither OH nor O – R group will show  –R group.They will show +R group
i will explain that
O – R group will show more +R group than OH group 
because of donating effect of R group on it this happens because of R group shows more +I effect than on O – R than OH
