Paramagnetic species is one that has unpaired electron.Among the H2O,CO2,NO and SO2, the molecule which is paramagnetic is NO.This is due to the fact that NO molecule has 15 electrons.The presence of one unpaired electron makes this molecule an paramagnetic species.While in other molecules there is no unpaired electrons so they all behave like diamagnetic species.
