Dear student

SOBr2 is correct answer.
Side products are gases.
In case of HBr elimination also favours to produce alkene

CH3-CH-OH(l) + SOBr2(g)----py----> CH3-CH-Br(l) +SO2(gas)+ HBr(gas)
          |                                                      |
       CH3                                                 CH3
It is favoured because the by products obtained are in gaseous phase therefore escapes out leaving behind pure isopropyl bromide.
