in physical chemistry if u are preparing for jee mains then ncert will clears your mains if u practice each and every problem given at the exercise of the book , but for jee advanced u need some extra books .
in physical chemistry u required mainly the problem solving skills by using 2-3 formula at times .

1- PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY BY O.P TANDON (GRB PUBLICATION )
2- PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY BY P BAHADUR ( ITS A VERY GOOD BOOK ) FOR JEE ADVANCED .
3- PROBLEMS SKILLS IN PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY BY MTG PUBLICATION ( FOR TIPS AND TRICKS U NEED THIS BOOK )
BUT FROM 1 AND 2 choose any 1 and not the both , whatever books u are following complete it properly and donot pile up .
