The cyclo propyl methyl cation is more stable due to dancing resonance. This carboction is an example of non classical carbocation.

In cyclopropyl methyl carbocation, the sigma electron cloud expands outwardly due to angle strain; therefore, the valence electron cloud of CH2+ is surrounded by or enveloped by the expanded electron cloud making carbocation stable.

Cyclopropenyl ion is an aromatic compound and can be stored in bottle. But cyclopropyl methyl cation can not be stored in bottle,so aromatic character is more predominating.than dancing reso.
