HELLO VISHNU,
(ph)3 N is least basic in nature
because,there are 3 reasons
1.a good base have to extract H+ ions easily so (ph)NH2 can extract easily,so it cannot be least basic
2.second reason is---------------because of more crowding in (ph)3 N it cannot able to extract the H+ ions easily hence a bad base or least base
3.third reason is------------------due to staeric hindrance (ph)3 N cannot extarct H+ ions easily and a least basic in nature
