Chapter 11 is to be partially done where it consists of alcohols,ethers,amines,thiols and thioethers.The last 2 topics (thiols and thioethers) are not to be done.
You can leave organometallic compounds (only organolithium and organomagnesium compounds are useful but they are given in somewhat extra detail and that much is not mandatory hence can be skipped.)
Chapter 14,15,18, 23 ,24, 25, 28 are not useful.
