I think you are asking for organic chemistry

I think if you are preparing for jee
Then theory provided by solomon is really good!
I referred it for my jee prep

Additionally for practice you can do arihant OC MCQ

i always rely  on rk amit    of arihant  for organic chemistry
i think it is the  best book for theory
