for organic chemistry frst of all you have to read ncert , and then move to any other books , i prefer cengage publication too much . 
they have explained each and every concept quite well , so, you can go through that , but make sure u knows each and every mechanism of reaction , and also donot forget name reaction , revise that regularly .
