i think in this question you aretalking about a carbon doubly bonded with the ionized carbon can stabilize the ion by resonance. Such cations as the allyl cation, CH2=CH–CH2+, and the benzyl cation, C6H5–CH2+, are more stable than most other carbocations. Molecules which can form allyl or benzyl carbeniums are especially reactive.
see it depends on the conjugate double bond which is gonna decide the hybridization of the cation..
if there is conjugate double bond, the hyb is sp2
