H2O2 acts as higly concentrated oxidizing agent and decomposes to H2 and O2 respectively.
An when H2O2 is pured to wound, it reacts with blood which contains an enzyme which on reaction with H202 coverts to H2O and O2.

blood and other enzyme present in blood contains catalase ,
and hydrogen peroxide made up of two hydrogen and two oxygen will begin to break apart , as soon as it comes in contact with catalase .
catalase attack hydrogen peroxide and convert it into water and oxygen
HOPE IT CLEARS
