Answer is 80% H2O + 20% Acetone
because SN1 mechanism goes through intimate ion pair formation and then a cation formation
more polar attacking nucleophile, can attack at intimate pair and inversion can take place
So polarity is reduced by some precentage tp get a good racimisation
