hyper conjugation effect is the de-localisation of electrons between -1)alpha hydrogen nd free radicle 2)alpha hydrogen nd double bond carbon 3)alpha hydrogen nd carbocation..
More the no. of alpha hydrogen,more is the stability.
present in unsaturated covalent molecules...

                          In Organic chemistry hyperconjugation is the interaction of the electrons in a sigma bond with an adjacent empty non-bonding p-orbital, antibonding  sigma or pi  orbital, or filled pi orbital, to give an extended molecular orbital that increases the stability of the system.
