Let us take the lower left corner to be grounded so the we can assume the voltage to be V at the 6V battery ad 4ohm esistor junction so the the value of V can be found out by applying KCL to the lower circuit as we know the value of current through 4ohm resistor to be 1.5A.So we will get the value of V to be 7/3V. So the voltage cross the capacitor will be 11/3V as there will be no current in its branch.
