dear rachit 
follow the below methods , it can make reaction easier for you . 
1- u need practice a lot , there are no substitute for hard work . 
2- while reading reactions from ncert , u need to underline the reaction . 
3- try to remember only reactants , and the oxidising and reducing agent , and then try to balance it on your own . 
4- before studying any reaction , make sure u knows balancing well and studied redox reaction chap of class 11th , ( ncert ) 
5- and take 1 group elements reaction for 2-3 days , and after that , revise whatever u did , in the weekends ,
