polar covalent bonds are those bonds in which electron spends more time near one of the element , these situation arises owing to diffrence in the electronegativity of the two concerned element , larger the diffrence in electronegativity , more polar the bond will be ,
due to this more electronegative element attain partial negative charge .
polarity is a property related to separation of opposite charges in a molecule , the more electronegative atom acquires a partial -vbe charge and less one will partial +ve charge .
