What is a non nucleophilic base.and what is the order of reactivity and how it is different from a base.

non-nucleophilic base is an organic base that is a poor nucleophile. Normal bases are also nucleophiles, but often chemists seek the proton-removing ability of a base without any other functions. 
its is nearly same as the normal bases , but only diffrence is that normal bases are nucleophiles and these adonot contain any nucleophiles
