an allylic hallide is a alkyl hallide , whose molecules their are one or more halogen atoms on allylic carbons . 
it is the compound with the carbon skeleton of an alkyl ( c =c -c ) that has atleast one hallide attached ( cl, br , i etc ) 
foir instance , 
CH3CH = CHCH2CL is an alkyl hallide .
