i think u knows what exactly meant by disproportion reaction , i am assuming that and giviing the example below 
2 H2O2 = 2 H20 + O2 
on the above that is not actually equal sign , thats a arrow sign 
here , oxygen is undergoing in both reduction and oxidation ,
