toluene have all carbon carbon bond , due to that they have avery small dipole moment , and if precisely u can say then its negligible . 
but the higher electronegativity of sp2 orbitals relative to sp3 orbitals may inductively draw some of the electron density out of the methyl group and into thye areane creating a small dipole moment .
