A. Concentration of substrate.
 
E1 reaction means unimolecular elimination reaction. Has two steps
1) carbocation formation 
2)attack by neucleophile.
 
The step 1 is the slow step and the rate determining step. So, Rate= K[R-X]1
 
(R-X is haloalkane)
So the E1 reaction depends only on concentration of substrate.
