The answer would be c.
This is because at first the OH at the tertiary cabin woud be protonated and removed due to high stility of carbonation.
Then on hydrogen will be removed and alkene would be formed.
And then due to the presence of a double bond on the carbon having OH group, keto-enol tautomerisation would take place and aldehyde would be the major product.
