B2O3= Oxidation State of B is +3
CO= Oxidation State of C is +4
As the positive oxidation state increases, tendency to gain electron increases. And according to Lewis principle, the one who gains electrons is acidic. So, more oxidation state implies more acidic.
So order of acidity is CO2>B2O3
 
Also, NO2 is a neutral gas so its acidity will be the least
