As the electrophile attacks where the electron is high.
So among all these four compounds, tolune is having the highest electron density on the ring and so it should be must reactive.

.The last reactive would be Nitrobenzene as the nitro benzene is electron withdrawing group and so it make the overall ring electron deficient.
