coordination number is calculated by adding the charge of the metal ion ligand and the other ions out side the squre brackets .
K4FeCN6
4 k+ ie +4.  Fe x.   6 CN-  -6 put the oxidation state of Fe as x
ADDING +4+x-6=0
x=+2
so oxidation state of Fe is +2.
there are six CN- mono dentate ligands so coordination number 6
in the second question NH3 is nuetral has no charge but can donate one electron pair so monodentate so four  NH3 is there so coordination number 4.
adding the charges Cu x NH3=0 and SO4 =-2
adding x+0-2=0
x=+2
oxidation number of Cu is +2
