Hi

To be resonance stabilized there should b panar structure and conjugation which is not possible in any structure. Either you have made options wrong or question is not based on resonance stabilized.

The answer is c part in terms of stabilisation because of vacent orbital avaibility.

C is the correct option because sulphur has availability of vacant d orbital due to which it is in conjugation with the - ve ion present on the ring
