Dear Sarvesh,  i would like to tell you that you are all over talking about factors that increase the stability of a molecule. Hyperconjugation effect is found in those molecules which contain atoms having free electrons so they can easily make more and more pie and sigma bonds where as Resonance is just a simple word use to explain different shapes or isomers of molecule (which has same molecular formula but different position of atoms in it). Stability increases due to resonance and back bonding as atoms withing molecule are free to move inside its own molecule so they do not prefer go outside untill extreme conditions are given. Thus stability is proportional to Resonance.    (Hope you understood)
