dear friend simply remember that hydroboration oxidation follows antimarkonikov rule.it means attaching positive part to the positive side.here hydrogen comes from bh3 and it is attached to more substituted hydrogen and if it is H2O2/oh-then attachment oh group to less substituted part
here less substituted part gets hydrogen from ch3cooh.
