It has to be propanamide i.e the second option. Though i am not very sure of the reaction mechanism.I know CCl2 radical will act as a nuceophile and attach --NH2. Please do conform from a reliable source such as Wikipedia.

My mistake, this is carbly amine reaction where iso cynide is formed. This isocynide is further reduced by LiAlH4. The by products formed are KCl and water.
