The order is:
iii>ii>i>iV
The 3rdis stabilised by resonance.
In general allylic or benzylic cation/anions are stabilized by resonance and are more stable.
ii is also stabilized by -I effect of Br group.For comparing i and IV, we know that CH3 group is electron donor and hence de-stabilize the negative charge more.
