Lets number the carbon from Left top C atom as 1 and move anticlockwise .
 
Hybridisation for each C atom is 
C1 sp2 , C2 sp2, C3 sp2 , C4 sp2 ,
C5 sp3 , C6 sp3 , C7 sp2 , C8 sp2, C9 sp3 , C10 sp3
 
Now if we lable hybridisation on fig. And counting no. of sigma bonds between sp2 and sp2 C atoms.
 
We get 4 sp2 - sp2 sigma bonds.
