This is false,at low temperature the alcohol is converted tyo ether whereas in high temperature it is converted to alkene.The exact tempereature is given in the image below.Please refer it.And if you like my answer then please do approve my solution.

@Parth Verma Look there is some minimum specific temperature for a reaction to progress.If you maintain temperature 383 K the reaction will not yield ether.If you increase the temperature from 413K then you will get more products of alkene than ether.I think it helped you.
