According to me the answer should be chloro Benzene >1chloro1methylbenzene>1bromo1methyl benzene>1iodo 1methyl benze,because in chlorobenzene there is gret -I effect shown by chlorine then ib 1chloro1methyl benzene there is -I effectshown by chlorine but it is reduced by presence of methyl group which shows +I effect
