Plez explain continuous spectrum in simple and easy way with an example

what u need to understand in this case is that continious spectrum is besically a emission spectrum with continnum wavelength , that means all the colours will be appear without any gap in a constant manner , and their wavelength will have a constant diffrence between them . 
spectrum is besically a band of colours which will be obtained by any body which emits the radiation . 
IN CONTINIOUS SPECTRUM WE GET DIFFRENT COLOURS IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY SEEMS TO BE MERGE WITH ONE ANATHOR . 
but the main thing is that their wavelength needs to have a constant diffrence within them and not variable . 
FOR EXAMPLE 
WHEN A WHITE LIGHT GET DISPERSED IN A PRISM , WE GET A BAND OF COLOURS , TAHT IS CALLED AS CONTINIOUS SPECTRUM . 
U CAN ALSO TAKE THE EXAMPLE OF RAINBOW , THAT IS ALSO A GOOD EXAMPLE .
