These are basic nucleophilic substitution reaction which are there in syllabus of class  12th and every aromatic substitution which you will encounter will be one of them and the one which you ask is based on addition elimination mechanism since
the rest require other conditions show the
reactivity will be decided by the electron
withdrawing group that means which
benzene is more deactivated at the
substitute of chlorine will react more fast
 so   option 4 is correct.
