In hoffman elimination less alkylated alkene is the major product ..
option 1 has 5 alpha hydrogen ,option 2 has only 2 and option 3 has 4 alpha hydrogen .
hence option 2 will be the major product ..
If we will see in option 4 it has no C=C, hence it is not an alkene .. Nitrogen atom has double bond …
