Dear friend,
As i think you know solvolysis means participation of solvent in rxn....
as Cl is a good leaving group so, it will detched and + charge will form on C atom.....
So, we will decide answer by checking stability of +ve charge
in 1st option + charge get support by resonance in benzene as well as extended resonance with cyclopropane(dancing resonance)
in 2nd option + charge get support by resonance in benzene as well as extended resonance with cyclopropane(dancing resonance) as well as +I (inductive effect) of CH3
in 3rd option + charge get support by resonance in benzene only
so correct answer is 2>1>3
