Dear Aniket,
In ozonolysis the double bond between carbon is broken and oxygen gets attached into it . . . Formaldehyde can only be formed by ozonolysis when there is a vinyl group . . . . 
As for example :- Cl-CH=CH2  +  O3/zn/H2O  => Cl-CH=O +  formaldehyde..
