The order should be:
I > IV > Ii > III
In first compound, -NO2 group has highest -M effect and then -SO3H.
and they are in absence of any – CH3 groups which reduces the -M or -I effect that’s why.
In II and III the -CH3 groups are showing +I effct and hence Inductive effect is distance dependent
those groups which are nearer to -NO2 would exibhit less acidity as -NO2 has higher -M effect than -SO3H.
