Codominance is a heterozygous condition in which both alleles at a gene locus are fully expressed in the phenotype. In codominance, neither phenotype is completely dominant. This phenomenon is commonly seen in ABO blood group system. When any other blood group (A, B or AB) is crossed with O blood group, then the phenotypic ratio is obtained as 1:1. Both the genes are equally expressed.
Thus, the correct answer is option C.
