Hello Student,

Due to the difference in Hydrogen Bonding. Since ino-hydroxy benzaldehyde there is Intramolecular Hydrogen bonding but in p-hydroxy benzaldehyde thereis Intermolecular Hydrogen bonding. So makes the difference in volatile nature.
