second compound has anti-aromaticity, and third one is non-aromatic and first one has resonance.
Hence stability order is : X greater than Z gretaer than Y
Hence, the order of hydrogention would be:
Y greater than Z greater than X
As Heat of hydrogention is versely proportional to the Stability of compounds.
