The iupac name of the compound {De(NH3)4Cl2)}Cl will be Tetraaminodichloridoferrate(|||)chloride as in this fe has an oxidation of 3 and coordination number is 6

The IUPAC name of the compound is Tetraamminedichloridoiron(III) chloride. You won’t be using the word “ferrate” for the central ion as the complex part of the compound has a positive charge. Valency is always written in Roman numerals.
