Hello,Actually we generally follow the rule which says that if no of π electron in structure is divisible by 4 ,then it is anti aromatic and if it follows 4n+1=no of π electron where n is natural no then it is aromatic .Here it has 16 π electron so it is divisible by 4 so we move to next criteria. That is it is anti aromatic if all the electron are in resonance  or else it is non aromatic .Here all π electron are in resonance so the structure is anti aromatic.plz approve my answer
