Is there any formula for finding the number of isomers ?

there is no equation to ascertain the quantity of basic isomers of an alkane. This is predominantly because of the way that with a specific number of carbons, they can stretch out (albeit most are insecure and don't really exist). 
For instance, the equation C4H10 speaks to both butane and 2-methylpropane (both are steady in comparable SCTPs) :
