chiral center means: all valency of an atom is filled by different groups.

such carbon is known as chiral carbon.

stereo center: it has two types, enantiomers and diastereomers..which have a particular path in a molecule from which either we obtain as mirror images of each other or in diastereomers mirror images are not observed.
