yes you can go with that but i will suggest you to have acombination of NCERT and MORRISON and BOYD.NCERT is the best book for basics and to have astrong command over organic chemistry you can go for MORRISON and BOYD
Rest depends on you.But one thing is clear,whatever book you follow you should be clear about the concept
