In tertiary alcohol , oh group containing carbon will be attached with three carbon ..
primary =>   CH3-OH
Secondary =>     CH3-CH2-OH
Tertiary =>  CH3-CH-OH
                            I

The naming - primary, secondary, tertiary - are based on the no. of carbons the particular carbon is attached to. Here, since it is the tertiary alcohol, the -OH group is attached to the carbon with 3 carbon bonds. So : 3 carbon & 0hydrogen.
