No there is no ionic character exist between two hydrogen atoms in H2 molecule.Here ther is no difference in electronegativity of 2 hydrogen atoms, so the bond is purely non polar (i.e. 100% covalent).
Point to be remebered: A bond can be 100% covalent but 100% cannot be ionic.
